Kitty, Office Manager

Kitty, Office Manager

Kitty grew up in sunny South Florida and moved to Chicago in 2015 to start working with animals. She worked in the training and daycare environment in Lincoln Square for three years before moving over to the veterinary side of things. My favorite thing about my job is helping all the two- and four-legged friends who come in.

Growing up, her family had 13 Akitas, so she has always been passionate about animals. She has two small, fluffy dogs, Ginger and Stella, who are insanely jealous of all the animal smells she brings home from work. She also has a new kitten who was rescued from the middle of a busy street by one of our clients. In her free time, she can be found outside gardening, camping, or cooking.

Genesis, Client Service Representative

Genesis, Client Service Representative

Genesis was born in Chicago. Since Genesis was a kid, she always knew she wanted to be in the veterinary field, whether it was volunteering at animal shelters, being a dog walker/dogsitter, working as a veterinarian technician, or being a zookeeper’s assistant.

Genesis has three dogs herself, Lady, a 12-year old Bichon who is the princess of the house, Leo, a five-year old Shih Tzu, a stubborn guy when it comes to food, and Luna, a five-year old Lhasa Apso/snuggle bug Mix. Genesis took in Luna when she was found tied to a bench for half a day. Genesis likes to spend her spare time with her newly born nephew, hanging with friends and family, as well as her fur babies! She hopes one day to open her own animal shelter for strays looking for their forever home!

Stephanie, Client Service Representative

Stephanie has lived in the Chicagoland area her whole life, growing up in the northwest suburbs. About three and a half years ago, she moved to Lincoln Square with her sister and she loves it. She has also always LOVED animals (especially dogs!), but she didn't get into a professional field involving animals until 2017.

While she doesn’t have any pets of her own yet, she is an Auntie to two cats - Nala and Korra, six-year old sisters who love to play and fetch. In addition to animals, she has always been a huge fan of traveling, nature, and art/film. She has been to multiple different countries and enjoys experiencing different cultures, food, and scenery.

Shannon, Client Service Representative

During my leisure time I like to play piano, guitar and violin for my guinea pigs.
